Sarovaram Ayurvedic Health Center is situated right on the banks of the Ashtamudi Lake. Its beautiful campus is spread over three acres of herbal gardens that has 9 heritage cottages as accommodations for its guests. These well-ventilated cottages here are designed in traditional Kerala style of architecture and are proper in terms of facilities like air-conditioner, television, attached toilets and free Wi-Fi. Most interesting part about these accommodations is all of them are lake facing and have a garden to sit and enjoy the view.

Ayurvedic doctors of this heritage resort strive through all natural means to make the guests achieve optimum health. This involves not just specialized Ayurvedic treatments, but also a diet recommended by the ancient holistic science. Therefore, guests at Sarovaram are put on strict vegetarian diets throughout their stay at the resort, and they are also expected to continue with such a diet chart in order to keep their body ridden from toxins.

As part of the ayurvedic regime, guests are introduced to different therapies, which further help in slowing down the wear and tear in the body tissues, improve memory, instill vitality and are very effective in curing physical ailments.
