Itinerary - Maheshwar Trip from Indore

Day 1 - Indore – Mandu - Maheshwar

The trip starts with your arrival in Indore. Our tour representative will meet you at the Indore Airport or railway station and pick you up for the onward journey to Maheshwar. En route, you will take a halt at Mandu, which is home to India’s biggest fort. The town is renowned for the love story of Roopmati and Baz Bahadur. The monuments, structures, and palaces depict the love story of these two legends. Firstly, visit Jahaz Mahal, which has an appearance of a mighty ship. This awe-inspiring architecture is encompassed by ponds. After this, visit Jami Masjid, which is a unique piece of Pashtun architecture and its design is influenced by the ‘Omayyad Mosque' in Damascus, Syria. Then head towards, Hindola Mahal, which means Swinging Palace. This palace was believed to be constructed in 1425 under the reign of Hoshang Shah. Explore the exquisite beauty of this place and head towards Baz Bahadur’s Palace, which is a perfect blend of Islamic architectural style along with the Rajasthani designs. Day 2 - Maheshwar Sightseeing Tour
