At Safdarjung Railway Station, Maharajas' Express waits for the guests to enter its premises. The traditional Indian style welcome with garlands and vermillion mark will give you the signal of upcoming royal experience. Just as you complete your check in formalities, you will usher to your cabins. The train will roll on to Agra. Dinner will be served in the plush coupes of the train.
Today you will arrive in Agra, the first destination of Indian Splendor tour itinerary. Disembark the train and proceed on a sightseeing tour of Taj Mahal, the epitome of true love and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Post Taj Mahal exploration; savor an endearing Champanage breakfast atop the Taj Khema. Post breakfast, you have an option for shopping tour in Agra and sightseeing tour of Itmad-ud-Daulah tomb and Fatehpur Sikri. Return to the train for lunch followed by visit to Agra Fort. Post sightseeing of Agra Fort, return to the train for dinner and onwards journey.
Explore the faunal and avifaunal species of Ranthambore National Park in their natural turf via safari trip. Post safari trip, return to the train for lunch and continue your journey towards Jaipur. Famed as the Pink City of India, Jaipur is home to several forts, palaces, museums and shopping emporiums. First, you will visit Amber Fort, the formidable residence of Kacchawa Rajputs followed by an enthralling Exhibition Elephant Polo Match clubbed with Champanage dinner.

On the 4th day, you will arrive in the desert city of Bikaner. Disembark the train and proceed on an optional tour to either Lalgarh Palace or Deshnok temple or Camel breeding farm. Return to the train for a lavish lunch followed by visit to Junagarh Fort. Don't miss to partake in a thrilling camel cart procession around the undulating sand dunes. Savor a dance and musical extravaganza by the local Kalbeliya and Langa tribe amidst the Sam sand dunes in Bikaner over a barbecue evening.

The City of Lakes 'Udaipur' is quite picturesque as compared to harsh terrains of Jodhpur and Bikaner. The breathtaking view of Aravali hills and the cool ambience created by Lake Pichola invites the romanticism in one's inner self. Explore the attractions housed within this city such as City Palace and Crystal Gallery. Savor a royal lunch in the splendid ambience of Durbar Hall. Post lunch, you can either proceed on a walking tour to the Old Markets or explore the Vintage Car Collection of the erstwhile royal family.
From here onwards, Maharajas' Express will leave the desert realm of Rajasthan and head towards the princely state of Balasinor.
Today, you will arrive in Balasinor, India's very own Jurassic park. The sightseeing trip includes visit to Dinosaur Fossil Park followed by a village tour to understand the local ways of living. Also in store is a lunch date with the royal family of Balasinor where guests can relish the lip-smacking tastefully prepared in the royal kitchen.
