One of the most popular tourist attractions in Jodhpur, Nehru Park is a well-maintained and beautiful garden. Spread in an area of 14 acres, it is a children’s park. This stunning park has been festooned with swings, Bakhat Sagar pond, various trees and plants, as well as flowerbeds. Nehru Park was inaugurated on 7th September in the year 1966 by Shri Mohan Lal Sukhadia, the then Chief Minister.
The park offers a serene and cool environment, which is not only ideal for children but for adults as well. One can enjoy a leisure walk here and can treat their eyes to the colorful surroundings. The park is popular as a picnic spot amidst locals as well as tourists.
