Itinerary - Badrinath Gangotri Yamunotri Yatra

Day 1 - Arrival in Delhi and Transfer to Haridwar

Your Teen Dham Yatra begins today! After landing at Delhi Airport or reaching the railway station, you will be picked up by the Tourism of India's representative. He will transfer you from Delhi to Haridwar on a 4 to 5 hours journey by road. Once reached, you will complete the check-in formalities and rest for a while. Later, you will enjoy the Haridwar sightseeing, which will also include witnessing the pious Ganga Aarti at Har-Ki-Pauri. Come back to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 2 - Haridwar to Barkot

Have breakfast, check out, and proceed from Haridwar to Barkot. This approx. The 8-hour journey will include some scenic views you would like to see and capture. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and rest. Overnight stay in Barkot.

Day 3 - Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot

After a fulfilling breakfast, leave for Hanuman Chatti on a 36 km ride (one way). You will take local jeeps for Janki Chatti and start your 7 km trek to Yamunotri Ji (one way). You can also opt for a horse at your own cost. Stay here for the darshan of pious Yamunotri Ji and after the puja, drive back to Barkot. Hop onto the bed for a cozy sleep.

Day 4 - Barkot - Uttarkashi

Arise on day 4 of Badrinath Gangotri Yamunotri Yatra to a healthy breakfast. Check out and proceed towards the next destination, Uttarkashi (4 hours). Once you arrive, you will complete the check-in and rest for a while. In the evening, we will take you to Vishwanath Temple, Goddess Kuteti Devi, Gyaneshwar, Ekadash Rudra, and Bhairav Temple. After the tour, you will be dropped off at the hotel for a comfortable sleep.

Day 5 - Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi

Start the day with a scrumptious meal and leave for Gangotri Ji Darshan (3 hours). On the way, stop by Harsil Village, Bhagirathi River, and enjoy the magnificent views of the Himalayas. Seek blessings at Gangotri and later, you will be assisted back to Uttarkashi, where you will spend the night.

Day 6 - Uttarkashi - Rudraprayag

Post breakfast, check out and leave for Rudraprayag on a 6-hour road trip. Once reached, check-in at the hotel and unwind. In the evening, you will visit Rudranath and Chamunda Devi Temple. Also, pay homage at Koteshwar Temple. Post temple tour, come back with a positive mind, and sleep comfortably at the hotel.

Day 7 - Rudraprayag - Badrinath

A 7-hour ride will take you from Rudraprayag to Badrinath via Joshimath after breakfast and check out. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and rest. As the sun sets, visit Badrinath Temple for darshan and seek blessings from the divine. Afterward, come back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 8 - Badrinath - Joshimath

Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast. Check out and continue your Teen Dham Yatra with a visit to Badrinath Temple. Take a bath in Tapt Kund and visit the Badrivishal. Afterward, explore the Badrinath's top attractions like Brahma Kapal, Bhimkund, Charan Paduka, Mata Murti, Vyas Gufa, Mana Village, and the origin of Saraswati River. After the tour, continue the drive to Joshimath (approx. 3 hours). On arrival, check-in and stay comfortably at the hotel.

Day 9 - Joshimath - Rishikesh

Wake up early in the morning, check out, and visit Narsingh Temple and Shankaracharya Math. Later, you will be transferred to Rishikesh, The Yoga Capital of the World. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and retire for the day.

Day 10 - Rishikesh - Delhi

After a healthy breakfast, depart for Guptkashi. This place is famous for Vishwanath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and Ardhanareeswara, the mythological body made from half Parvati and half Shiva. On your way, stop at Devprayag, Rudraprayag, and Ardhneshwar Mahadev for darshan. Check-in at the hotel in Guptkashi for an overnight stay.

Day 11 - Guptkashi - Phata - Kedarnath ji - Phata

Post breakfast, check out and leave for Phata from where you will visit Kedarnath Temple. After arrival, seek blessings from Lord Shiva at Kedarnath Temple and also visit Shankaracharya Samadhi. Later, return to Phata to check in to the hotel and stay for the night.

Day 12 - Phata - Jyotirmath - Badrinath

Start your day with breakfast and later, proceed towards the last Dham, Badrinath. En route, visit Jyotirmath. Pay homage to Narasimha Temple, Shankaracharya Temple, and Pandukeshwar (Yogdhyan Badri). Once reached, explore the attractions in Badrinath like Vyas Cave, Ganesha Caves, and Saraswati River. Later in the day, partake in the sacred Vishnu Sahastranamavali Path. Post tour, check-in to the hotel and enjoy a comfortable sleep.

Day 13 - Badrinath - Srinagar

Wake up early to be a part of Mahaabhishek Puja. Have a fulfilling breakfast and leave for Srinagar in Uttarakhand. En route, stop at Karnaprayag, Vishnuprayag, and Nandprayag (the three river confluence of River Alaknanda). After reaching, check-in to the hotel for a comfy sleep.

Day 14 - Srinagar - Shivpuri - Rishikesh

After breakfast, check out and leave from Srinagar to Rishikesh. This will be your last stop but en route stop by Shivpuri and visit Vashisht Cave. It belonged to one of the seven great sages, Vashishta, and is the perfect place for meditation. Visit Sivananda Ashram to indulge in yoga or Ayurveda. Visit Rishikesh's top attractions Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula. In the evening, witness the magnificent Ganga aarti at Parmarth Niketan. After the aarti is finished, check in to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 15 - Departure from Delhi

After a leisurely breakfast, check out from the hotel and head towards Delhi. This is the last day of your Chardham in India. From there, board a flight or train to your onward journey with positivity in your heart and memories of a lifetime.
