Kerala and South India Tour

Day 01: Mumbai
Met upon arrival at Mumbai and transferred to hotel. Check in and relax till the next morning.
Day 02: Mumbai
After breakfast go for a sightseeing tour of Mumbai city the foremost business center of India. Visit the Elephanta Caves famous for the rock-cut temples dating back to 5th Century AD. Also visit other tourist spots like Crawford Market, Marine Drive, Dhobi Ghat and Colaba one of the most happening places of the city. Return to hotel and spend overnight.
Day 03: Kochi
Take an early morning flight to Kochi affectionately called the Queen of the Arabian Sea. Check into a hotel upon reaching. Later we will take you to some important tourist places like Mattancherry Palace, Jew town, Jewish Synagogue, Old Spice Markets, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica and Chinese Fishing Nets. Return to the hotel for night stay.
Day 04: Houseboat Journey
Today we will travel to Alleppey, from where we will embark on a magnificent houseboat cruise along the serene backwaters. We continue sailing for the entire day and even through the night. Enjoy the enchanting journey with panoramic view passing you by as the houseboat glides along the backwaters.
Day 05: Kumarakom
Today we reach Kumarakom, and thereafter, we will put you up at a famous resort Taj Garden Retreat which offers pleasant accommodation in traditional Kerala houses. Enjoy the rustic charm in and around this idyllic resort. You can pay a visit to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary which abounds in various rare migratory birds.
Day 06: Periyar
Begin the day with a scenic drive to Periyar National Park, one of the most fascinating natural wildlife reserves in the world. Check in at hotel upon reaching and spend the remaining time lazing around in your own way. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Periyar
Enjoy an exciting boat ride along the waters of the Periyar Lake, whereupon you may get to see some rare wild animals in their natural habitat. Retire to hotel to spend the night.
Day 08: Madurai
Early morning drive to Madurai home to the world-famous Meenakshi Temple. Check in at a hotel and then visit Meenakshi Temple and the majestic Thirumalai Nayak Palace. Return to hotel at night.
DAY 09: Thanjavur
Today, we will drive you to Thanjavur where you will visit Srirangam Temple, the Chola Citadel and other architectural splendors of the Dravidian era like the famous Brihadishvara Temple.
DAY 10: Pondicherry
Drive to Pondicherry the former French colony. Check into hotel after arrival and spend the rest of the day in complete relaxation. Spend night at hotel.
DAY 11: Pondicherry
Have early breakfast and go on a boat ride wherein you can spot some amazing dolphins. Thereafter, take a short trip to Auroville an ideal township dedicated to human unity. Spend overnight at hotel.
DAY 12: Mahabalipuram
Thereafter, drive to Mahabalipuram a major World Heritage Site. Upon reaching, visit the Shore Temple and some other fine specimens of South Indian art and sculpture. Check into hotel and spend night.
DAY 13: Chennai
Enjoy the morning with some local sightseeing and thereafter, proceed towards Chennai. On the way, you will visit Dakshinchitra a well-known center for traditional art and crafts. At Chennai, check into hotel and spend the rest of the day on your own.
DAY 14: Chennai
Have early breakfast and go for a sightseeing tour of Chennai city. Visit major sites like the cultural center of Kalakshetra and the Theosophical Society to name a few. Return to hotel at night.
DAY 15: Bangalore
In the morning we will board the Shatabdi Express train and head for Bangalore our next stop. Check into hotel upon reaching and later visit local tourist spots like Cubbon Park and Lal Bagh. Spend the night at hotel.
DAY 16: Bangalore
Today we will pay a visit to Nrityagram the classical dance center founded by noted dancer Late Protima Bedi. Go to some popular locations like shopping malls and departmental stores in the vicinity of M.G. Road. At night we will board the Hampi Express and leave for Hampi.
DAY 17: Hampi
Arrive at Hospet in the morning and visit the site containing the ruins of medieval Vijaynagar Empire. Later, cover a sightseeing tour of Hampi, including its historical monuments and sculptures. Check in at hotel and spend night.
DAY 18: Hampi
Start the day with a visit to some ancient temples and the Hampi marketplace. Pay a visit to the scenic site of the Tungabhadra River. Spend the night at hotel.
DAY 19: Goa
Early in the morning we will start for Goa Indias Beach Wonder. Upon reaching, check into a beach resort and spend the rest of the day exploring Goas breathtakingly beautiful beaches lapped by the warm waters of the Arabian Sea.
DAY 20: Goa
Today morning, embark on a sightseeing tour of Old Goa, Panjim, wherein we will take you to some famous churches, cathedral and other historical monuments. Enjoy an excellent cruise along the Mandori River. Return to hotel at night.
DAY 21: Goa
Today you are free to explore Goa the way you want to! Stroll around the sun kissed beaches and the verdant countryside or visit some more tourist spots, the beachfront markets, the quaint cities, towns and cobbled alleyways. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 22: Mumbai
Leave for Mumbai by a morning flight. Upon arrival, check into a hotel and spend the day according to your wishes. You can relax within the confines of your hotel or else venture out to explore some more of Mumbai. Stay overnight at hotel.
DAY 23: Departure
Travel to the airport and board the connecting flight to home or to your next destination.
