After breakfast we set out on a heritage tour of a traditional Kerala Village. See the distinctive architecture, lifestyle and customs of the hospitable local people and admire the beauty of the village and surrounding greenery. Experience the magic of Kerala Ayurveda and rejuvenation therapy. Sanjeevanam is a traditional method of rejuvenation therapy, which involves techniques such as Pizhichil, Dhara, and Avisanam. The treatment consists of massage with herbal oils, bathing in steam enriched with the extracts of herbs and the intake of herbal medicines.
